Lasers and lights shine through Where?haus on a late cloudy night.

Where?haus is an upcoming art space founded by Rob Roberts of the Butterfly dome experience. Fueled by collaboration between artists, the space is a workshop for creative projects. Many art installations have been crafted in the space this past winter and spring for events like LoveBurn, Churchill downs opening night, Trifecta Gala, Electric Forest, and our very own Forecastle. In fact, the Party Cove is fitted with a new shiny chandelier produced in da haus. With the help of Uroboros this next event will be a first for the city of Louisville. A true collective effort has been made to make this possible. Creatives, artists, movers, and shakers coming together to host a memorable experience.

Melodic drum and bass fills the air on a late summer night, radiating through the massive art space located at 750 S 12th St. Lasers and geodesic structures surround you as your’e put into a trance like state as a DJ is perched above you.

Inspired by the late 70’s Chicago house music scene and anime. More specifically Full Metal Alchemist. The creative team behind Uroboros and event director Rob Thompson, have drawn their inspiration from the NY and Chicago music scene.

Rob shares his experience in New York, “I had went to this amazing, life changing, underground party in Brooklyn. I was welcomed; we communed with sound and light, we went our separate ways unburdened by the weight of the world for just a moment.”

After his experience in NY he decided to ‘make his own door’. Rob explains, “what you see before you is party self centered and totally selfless. A desire to bring people together but the ego to think that I could be the one to help make it happen. It’s a journey in taking control, but also in trusting others with your ‘alchemy’.”

Creativity, art, and lights fill the space.
