The first $5,000 donated to the relief fund will be
matched by The Jamon Brown Foundation
“As a result of the outbreak of COVID-19 in our communities, this fund has been created by The NFL’s Atlanta Falcons- Jamon Brown and his Foundation Team, to provide financial support for those in Kentucky. This fund is designed solely for the purpose of providing financial assistance during the trying times of this unfortunate world-wide pandemic. ALL of your donations will be given to two local response funds — Mayor Greg Fischer’s One Louisville COVID-19 Response Fund and the Louisville Restaurant Association!”
“As we have been confined to our homes, many of us have felt that there’s not much else that we can do to help, but we don’t have time to sit on the sideline. We need to come together as one and lift each other up, and a small donation of $5, $10, $25 or whatever feasible, can go a long way in helping our community.”
This wouldn’t be the first time The Jamon Brown Foundation has donated to a Louisville cause. The foundation helped keep the city’s pools open for kids after the city’s budget cuts didn’t allow four pools to open.
“One of my things is giving back to the community and trying to be a model of how you can inspire others to give to others. At the end of the day, we all need each other to make this thing go.”
